1)This stadium project is pipe truss oval bleachers in Semirara, the Philippines with an area of 2042m², a width of 19.633m, and a length 104m.
2)This truss structure includes 21 primary trusses. Secondary truss, steel tie bar, column bracing, and horizontal bracing are used to connect the support and primary truss, column top below the truss. The roof purlin is a cold-pressing rectangular steel tube, and the roof cladding is an HYK anti-corrosion sheet.
3)The design use life for this pipe truss structure is 50 years, roofing cladding system use life is no less than 15 years. As this project is located near the sea, the wind force is heavier, and the corrosion of seawater is bigger, so this project needs to be maintained at a certain time(for example pipes made up by anti-rust paint, repairing destroyed roof panels on time, etc …)
4)The stadium bleachers canopy uses a triangular cantilever truss structure, beautiful form, and clear force transmission; In order to meet the stress requirements, two steel pipes can be used for the lower chord and connected with a joint plate.
5)A stadium canopy truss is a structural support frame typically made from steel, designed to hold up a canopy or roof over a stadium. These trusses are typically used to cover large outdoor stadiums and sports arenas, providing protection from the elements while still allowing spectators to view the event.
6)What Advantages of Stadium Canopy Truss?
♦Protection from the elements: A canopy truss provides protection from the sun, rain, and wind, allowing spectators to stay comfortable and dry during sporting events.
♦ Improved visibility: The trusses provide an unobstructed view of the game, giving spectators the best possible view.
♦ Reduced noise levels: The canopy truss helps to reduce the level of noise from the crowd and surrounding area.
♦Increased seating capacity: Stadium canopy trusses can provide additional space for seating, creating more room for spectators.
♦ Aesthetics: Stadium canopy trusses can be designed to match the style of the stadium and add to the overall look and feel of the venue.
