Steel structure space frame roof of high-speed railway station building

On April 15th, the Jining North Station of the South Shandong High-speed Railway completed lifting the steel structure space frame, marking the completion of the Jining North Station structure.

This steel structure space frame project involves a high-support formwork body, a large-span steel structure space frame, etc. The construction party adopts pile head ring cutting, column reinforcement positioning frame, large-span prestress, and steel space frame during the entire construction process A series of advanced technologies such as overall synchronous jacking ensures that the engineering tasks are completed on schedule.

The total construction area of the steel space frame is more than 12,400 square meters, and the total weight of the space frame is more than 640 tons. The jacking is more than 440 tons this time, and the one-time jacking is in place. The difficulty of construction is mainly due to the relatively large workload of the space frame welding balls and the relatively high-quality requirements of the welds. The Lunan high-speed railway has 7 stations in Jining and Heze.

The Jining North Railway Station project has completed lifting the steel structure space frame today, marking the full entry into the installation and decoration stage.
