The first piece of steel space frame of the Shanghe-Hangzhou railway station building was successfully hoisted

The roof structure of the three station buildings of the Shanghai-Hangzhou Railway Station Building is all bolted spherical joints. The total projected area is 18158 square meters, and the total steel consumption is 1128 tons. The space frame structure is statically indeterminate many times. It has a large span, large bays, lightweight, short construction period, good wind and snow and seismic performance, high-cost performance, extremely high degree as it relates to factory processing, and almost no welding operations on site. It is a standard AAA level prefabricated structure, which has been widely used in high-speed railway stations, stadiums, airport waiting halls, railway stations, bus stations, environmentally-friendly fully enclosed coal sheds, workshops of large automobile factories, and other fields.

The space frame structure is a key node project of the station building project, which plays the role of up and down. Its upper part is a metal roof, the lower part is interior decoration, and the side is a curtain wall facade, which will move the whole body. The space frame of Fengtai South Station is the first space frame project to enter the construction of the fourth standard station building. The projected area is 5,900 square meters and the steel consumption is 308 tons. The construction personnel overcame the difficulties of the Spring Festival holiday, continuous rain, tight construction schedule, and multiple component specifications, and entered the site smoothly as planned. They worked overtime and meticulously completed the first hoisting of the four-standard steel space frame of the station building.

The smooth hoisting of the first piece of the space frame indicates that the three-dimensional construction of the four-standard project of the Shanghai-Hangzhou railway station building will truly begin, and the engineering sprint battle will be fully launched!
