The spherical lattice roof system on the top of the fifth floor of the main building in Hechang Square needs to be removed. The system is a two-span double-slope roof supported by 22 concrete constructional columns with a total axis length of 45 meters and a total span of 36 (18×2) meters. Workshop axial points 1-6 axis, column spacing is 9 meters and 8 meters; The span is divided into columns A, B, C, D and E, which are divided into AC and CE spans, each span of 18 meters. The total weight of the roof system is approximately 40 tons.
This space frame is limited by the surrounding environment, and the space frame has a large span and a high height. The area and weight of the overall lifting and dismantling are very large, and there is not enough space for the surrounding site to realize it. Based on the above reasons, the CE span of this project plans to adopt a crane of 100 tons, and divide the space frame into 5 blocks according to the 5 sections, and lift and dismantle it successively. The AC span frame is completely reversed from the scattered in the air. First, part of the stressed frame ball is unloaded on the top and then gradually dismantled in the air.
Operating frame structure adopts (full hall) sliding operating frame. The plane size of the supporting platform is about 5×7.5m and the height is about 9m. There are two of them. In addition, in order to facilitate the reconstruction of structural columns in the next step, 18 pillar-holding scaffolding platforms are set up along axis A, C and E. The pillar-holding platform of axis E is cantilevering about 1 meter to the side of Zhejiang Road outside the building, and balustrades and nets are set up.
