1.Prefab Stadium Roof Engineering
The stadium roof requires waterproof, windproof, airtight, thermal insulation, durable and beautiful. The general methods of the roof of the gymnasium that has been built are as follows:
(1)Sandwich panel: It refers to the sandwich panel that uses the upper and lower layers of color-coated steel plates to compound polystyrene foam (EPS board), polyurethane or rock wool insulation materials. In 1990, the roofs of the Beijing Asian Games Gymnasium and Dongguan Gymnasium in Guangdong adopted polystyrene foam sandwich panels. The roofs of Zhanjiang Gymnasium, Guangzhou Wushan Gymnasium, and Shenzhen Gymnasium are all polyurethane sandwich panels. This method is simple and convenient to construct, and the surface is simple, flat, and beautiful, but it is difficult to make a curved surface, and it is easy to leak if not handled properly.
(2)On-site composite board practice: refers to the use of aluminum alloy vertical seam profiled board (or color coated profiled steel plate) for the panel, glass wool (or extruded plastic board, polyurethane board) for the thermal insulation material, and color coating for the bottom plate. Laminated profiled steel, perforated steel or steel mesh on-site composite roofing. Hogoman Roofing System is a typical on-site composite panel practice. For example, the roof of Chongqing Swimming Pool, Nanjing Olympic Sports Center Gymnasium, swimming pool roof, National Gymnasium roof, Olympic Peking University Bingbing Arena roof, rebuilt Yingdong Swimming Hall roof, etc. all adopt this kind of composite roof. This method is more complicated to construct, but it can be made into curved panels, big and small fan-shaped panels and curved fan-shaped panels, which can meet the requirements of different roof shapes.
(3) Membrane structure: The gymnasium roof has a single-layer membrane and an air membrane structure. Tokyo Stadium is a typical project of air membrane roof. The construction and maintenance of the air film method are more complicated, but the appearance is beautiful. The lighting effect in the single-layer film pavilion is good, but affected by the temperature, it is used abroad and less in China.
(4) Polycarbonate board (PC board): refers to the use of solid or hollow PC board as the roof. The roof of the Guangzhou 9th Games Gymnasium is all made of imported PC board from Israel, and the roof of some other gymnasiums is partially used as a lighting belt. This method of roofing is novel and beautiful, especially at night, it adds a “night pearl” effect to the city. The construction technology is required to be high, and the PC hollow board with a thickness greater than 16mm needs to be imported, and the Israeli PC board construction method also needs to be imported.
2. The roofing project of the stadium canopy
The stadium canopy is mostly open, and does not need insulation, but should be rain-proof, wind-proof, and durable. The general practices for the roof of the stadium stands that have been built are as follows:
(1)Single-layer color profiled steel plate: For example, the ribbon-shaped roof of the Guangzhou Nine Games Gymnasium adopts BHP color profiled steel plate, and the roof color profiled steel plate of Hangzhou Huanglong Gymnasium is constructed by Southeast Grid Company. This method is simple in structure and widely used; the disadvantage is that it is noisy when it rains.
(2)Single-layer aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy profiled plate: such as the shed roof of the Shenyang Olympic Stadium built by Shanghai-Nanjing Steel Machinery
(3)Membrane structure: The National Stadium (Bird’s Nest), Shanghai 80,000-person Stadium, Hongqiao Stadium, and Qingdao Stadium’s bleachers and shed roofs all use membrane structures. In the 2002 World Cup, six of the ten stadiums in Japan and five of the ten stadiums in South Korea adopted the membrane structure roof scheme. There are various forms of this practice, and the architectural shapes are more colorful and more and more applied. The disadvantage is the high cost.
(4)Polycarbonate board (PC board): The 15,000m2 roof of Shanghai Pudong Yuansheng Stadium stand is made of imported PC board; the roof of Dalian 8,000m gymnasium is made of PC sunshine board; the 30,000m2 of Chongqing Olympic Sports Center Stadium stand is made of American GE. The self-cleaning polycarbonate board; Shenyang Olympic Stadium stands also used PC board. This kind of roof is beautiful and transparent, especially the night scene effect is very good.
(5) Stainless steel roof: Four of the ten stadiums in Japan and two of the ten stadiums in South Korea used stainless steel roofs for the 2002 World Cup. This kind of roof is anti-corrosion durable and beautiful in appearance, but the cost is slightly higher.
3. Cases of the metal roof structure for new stadiums
(1) In recent years, the selection of materials and structures for the roofs of new stadiums and stadiums across the country. As mentioned above, there are many types, but most of them use metal profiled roofs, and most of the roofs of Beijing Olympics new construction, reconstruction and expansion, temporary venues and training venues are also used. Use metal pressure plate or metal pressure plate composite roof.
①The roof of the stadium stand is generally made of single-layer metal pressed plate. For high durability requirements (can reach about 40 years), the standing seam aluminum alloy profiled plate processed by AA3004 series or AA3005 series aluminum-manganese-magnesium alloy plate can be used, and the plate thickness is 0.9mm. For those with high surface layer requirements, chlorocarbon-sprayed aluminum alloy plates can be used.
For roofs with a durability requirement of fewer than 25 years, the color-coated profiled steel plate can meet the requirements. The substrate of the color-coated steel plate is generally made of hot-dip galvanized steel plate or hot-dip galvanized steel plate. The weight of the coating is selected according to the standard, and the thickness of the substrate should not be less than 0.6mm. Different types of coatings for color-coated steel sheets have different durability: Baosteel produces color-coated steel sheets. Year coating quality guarantee. The general topcoat is 10 years for silicon-modified polyester and 8 years for polyester. The durability of color-coated steel sheets has a lot to do with the use environment.
The shed roof lighting panels are mostly made of polycarbonate panels (PC panels, sunlight panels), the thickness of single-layer panels is 3~10mm, and the thickness of two-layer, three-layer, and four-layer honeycomb panels is 10~40mm, and the sunlight panels are available in various colors.
②The metal sheet roof of the gymnasium is generally based on the important grade of the building, functional requirements, durability requirements, roof shape and cost control, and there are several composite construction methods.
For stadium roofs with high durability requirements, the order from top to bottom is: standing seam aluminum alloy profiled plate, waterproof membrane, thermal insulation layer, aluminum alloy T-bracket, marking strip, vapor barrier, color-coated profiled steel plate Bottom plate (perforated plate).
For the gymnasium roof with general durability requirements, the structure from top to bottom is: polyvinylidene chloride-coated profiled steel plate, waterproof membrane, thermal insulation layer, marking strip, vapor barrier, and color profiled steel plate bottom plate.
For the stadium roof with low durability requirements, the structure from top to bottom is polyvinylidene-coated or high-durability polyester-coated profiled steel plate, thermal insulation layer, vapor barrier, standard strip, color profiled steel plate bottom plate.
(2) The roof shape of the Peking University Gymnasium is a double-channel spiral irregular hyperboloid. The roof area is small but the shape is very complex. The composite roof structure from top to bottom is: 0.9mm thick chlorine carbon coating aluminum magnesium manganese alloy vertical seam lock Side-pressed plate, 1.8mm thick EPDM waterproof membrane, 50mra thick extruded plastic sheet insulation layer with two layers of staggered seam laying, 0.3mm thick PE film two layers, 1.0mm thick galvanized steel sheet, hot-dip galvanized label, 50mm thick glass wool sound-absorbing layer with two layers, non-woven fabric, 0.5mm thick color aluminum-zinc profiled steel plate (perforated).
(3) The roof shape of Qingdao Stadium is a diamond shape, and the composite roof structure from top to bottom is 25mm thick open aluminum alloy honeycomb panel, fixing clip, 1.0mm thick vertical seam seaming aluminum alloy profiled plate, thermal insulation layer, vapor barrier layer, 0.8mm thick profiled steel plate bottom plate.
