The space frame takes the construction plan of assembling the whole before the ground and then lifting the whole.
It is an economical and efficient installation scheme to adopt hydraulic jacks to lift the flat truss synchronously. Overall upgrading is a mature technology in China. The practice of Beijing West Railway Station, Shanghai Grand Theatre, Shanghai Oriental Pearl TV Tower and other projects has proved that as long as the scheme is reasonable and thorough planning and preparation in advance, it can fully meet the requirements of “safety, fast, efficient and civilized”. This project adopts the overall assembly on the ground, and then the overall synchronous lifting scheme.
Space frame floor assembly
- Determine a reasonable assembly sequence
According to most domestic engineering experience, the order of assembly should be developed from the middle to both sides or around, it is best to develop from the middle to both sides, because when the grid is splicing forward, both ends and the front can freely shrink. The biggest advantage of this method is to reduce accumulation deviation and facilitate elevation control. Therefore, this project adopts the assembling method of starting from the ridge line and then developing to both sides.

Because the space frame is assembled on the ground, the flatness of the ground must meet the requirements of the space frame assembly. In the process of space frame assembly, every 3 ~ 5 space frame units are placed under the lower string ball rootstocks to adjust, to ensure the same elevation of the whole space frame.

- Technical points of space frame assembly
A, in order to reduce the accumulation of space frame units in the process of assembling error, a whole rack bottom chord assembly should be started, the center of vertical and horizontal shaft assembly first, correct size at any time, think it is correct to from center to around, his request diagonal (small units) allowed error of plus or minus 3 mm, lower chord node shift to 2 mm, the vertical and horizontal deviation shall not be more than plus or minus 2 mm.
B,Check the geometric dimensions after the assembly of the whole lower string. If necessary, use theodolite to correct and use level to copy out the height difference of each point for adjustment, and make a record.
C, in order to facilitate construction and improve the progress of the project, before the assembly of the lower string, the belly rod and the upper string can be seated according to the drawings, and transported in place.
D,The assembly of the belly rod and the upper chord rod should be assembled on the basis of the measurement without out-of-tolerance after the whole assembly of the lower chord. The method is to assemble from the center, check the geometric dimensions of the vertical and horizontal axes at any time, and then assemble around. After the completion of assembly, the space frame shall be corrected and adjusted, and the elevation and axis of the space frame shall be strictly reviewed. After passing the acceptance, the next construction step shall be taken: the overall improvement of the space frame.
