Space frame structure is generally supported on the top of the column or ring beam and other lower support structure, support node that is located in the support structure of the space frame node. It should not only connect the space frame support at the convergence of the rod, but also to support the entire space frame, and will act on the space frame load transfer to the lower supporting structure. Therefore, the support node is the link between the space frame structure and the lower supporting structure, but also an important part of the whole structure. A reasonable support node must be a clear force, simple force transmission, safe and reliable, but also should be simple and reasonable structure, simple and convenient production, has a good economy.
First, the design of space frame structure support.
The support node of the space frame structure should be able to ensure safe and reliable transmission of the support reaction force, so it must have sufficient strength and stiffness. Under the action of vertical load, the bearing nodes are generally compressed, but in some oblique put in the category of space frame, local support nodes may bear the role of tensile force, and sometimes may also be subject to the role of horizontal force, the design should make the construction of the support node to adapt to their force characteristics. At the same time, the structure of the bearing nodes should also try to comply with the calculation assumptions, fully reflecting the design intent. As the space frame structure is a high super-static rod system, the constraints of the bearing nodes have a greater impact on the node displacement and rod internal force of the space frame; the difference between the constraints in the construction and design will directly lead to changes in the rod internal force and bearing reaction force, and sometimes cause the rod internal force to change sign. Therefore, the design of the support node of the space frame structure should be given enough attention.
Whether the space frame structure design is safe and economical, the key factor lies in the selected supporting structure, bearing type and boundary conditions are reasonable, so in the specific design, we try our best to avoid the upper space frame structure and the lower support system to analyze and design separately, especially when the displacement of the space frame support is difficult to simulate the displacement of the space frame support relative to the lower structure through the elastic constraint method, it should be more supportive of the structure and the upper space frame together with Overall modeling, calculation and analysis, in order to make the calculated results more in line with reality.
Second, the space frame structure bearing support production:
(1) Steel plate discharging shear plate materialization, scribing and drilling.
(2) Each specification to take back-to-back welding, to prevent deformation of the bottom plate after welding.
(3) For each specification of the support bracket, take back-to-back welding to prevent deformation of the bottom plate after welding. During the welding process, spot welding is carried out first to fix it, and then full welding is carried out to ensure the stability and quality of welding.
(4) Welded two pieces of cooling, must be tested by the quality inspector of each part of the size, qualified before allowing batch production.
Third, the inspection of space frame structure frame support, should be carried out in accordance with the following procedures:
(1) After checking the overall size of the space frame qualified, check whether the position of the support is on the axis, and the offset size. The cumulative error of the dimensions during the installation of the space frame is dispersed to both sides to prevent one side of the support from being correctly seated and the other side of the support from deviating too much.
(2)Check the elevation and vector height of the space frame, the elevation of the space frame is based on the surrounding support points, and the size error of each support point should be within the standard specification.
(3)After all the dimensions are qualified, the support welding will be carried out.
(4)Space frame support welding should protect the use of support performance, protection against welding spatter intrusion.
(5)In the bearing welding process, the welding area should be used to protect the steel plate to ensure safety. Welding work should also be completed after its welding flux skin, welding spatter, dust and other debris cleaned up.
