3.2 Strictly control the construction period  

(1) Prepare a reasonable construction scheme and make a scientific construction schedule.  Adopt the construction flow operation, cross construction and other methods to reduce idling and stoppage of operators, strive to complete the project progress in advance on the basis of existing resources, reduce labor costs, machinery costs, comprehensive costs, and reduce the cost of the project.

(2) Pay attention to the management and deployment of operators, and allocate operators reasonably according to the project schedule. The construction team to take responsibility contract system, wages with the completed amount of work linked to advocate a specialization, reduce intermittent labor and non-production labor.  

(3) The construction machinery and tools should be reasonably equipped, and the construction machinery with high efficiency should be selected to improve productivity.  

(4) Adopt reasonable construction technology and methods, make full use of the construction site, expand the construction face, improve the construction efficiency and reduce the project cost.  

(5) Strengthen product quality process management to ensure product quality, avoid rework and reduce costs.

3.3 Do a good job in the measurement and application of quota engineering quantity strictly  

3.3.1 The following points should be paid attention to in the measurement of fixed engineering quantity  

(1) The component installation engineering quantity is calculated by weight according to the size of the design drawings of the finished component, without deducting the hole quality of a single area ≤0.3m2. The weld, riveting bolt, screw, etc., does not add additional quality.  

(2) The mass of the bull leg and cantilever beam connected to the steel column is included in the mass of the steel column, and the foot plate, stiffening plate, column top plate, partition plate and rib plate on the steel column are included in the quantity of the steel column.  

(3) The quantity of steel stairs includes the quality of the stair landing, stair beam, stair step, etc. The handrails and railings on the steel stairs are incorporated into the quantity of steel stairs.

(4) The amortized engineering quantity of the steel member assembly platform on site shall be calculated according to the engineering quantity of the assembled member implemented.  

(5) High-strength bolts and bolts shall be calculated by sets according to the number shown in the design diagram.  Channel steel floor board and roof board shall be calculated according to the covered area of the design drawings. The area occupied by a single hole and column stack with an area less than 0.3m2 is not deducted.  

(6) The steel plate gutter is calculated by quality according to the size of the design drawings, and the gutter bracket and support are included in the quality of the gutter; Stainless steel gutter, color steel gutter according to the design drawing size by length.

(1) In component installation quota, prefabricated steel components shall be prepared by outsourced finished products, without considering construction losses. The price of components shall include processing damage support and transportation costs from the processing plant to the installation site.  

(2) The cost of derusting, painting and fire retardant coatings for precast steel members shall be included in the price of finished products; If the price of finished product does not include the cost of paint and fireproof coating, it shall be carried out in accordance with the corresponding items and regulations.Prefabricated steel structure members shall be installed with corresponding quotas according to different types and weights.

(3) The quota has included the construction enterprise in accordance with the requirements of the quality acceptance code, magnetic particle inspection, ultrasonic inspection and other conventional inspection costs for the self-inspection of installation work;Third-party testing fees are not included.  

(4) The installation quota of scattered steel components is applicable to the installation of small steel components not listed in this chapter and with the weight of a single piece within 25kg.  If the amortization of floor platform assembly of steel member is not considered in the steel member installation project, if it occurs, the amortization quota item of on-site assembly platform shall be applied.

(5) The platform consumption of truck crane within the installation quota is the on-site transfer consumption of steel components. The quota does not include the labor, materials and machinery needed for the repair and paving of the road driven by hoisting machinery and transport machinery; Actual occurrence is separate.  

(6) The increased consumption required by wall panel corner wrapping, edge wrapping and window sill flooding has been included in the corresponding quota consumption and is not calculated separately.  

(7) The width of stainless steel gutter and color steel gutter is 600mm. If the actual width is different from the quota, the plate will be adjusted in proportion, and the others will remain unchanged.

(8) The vertical transportation cost of the component has been comprehensively considered in the subsection of cold-formed thin-wall steel structure, and the corresponding cost is no longer included.  

The cost of prefabricated steel structure is controlled by controlling the cost of steel, shortening the construction period and accurately measuring and pricing the engineering quantity.As a new kind of construction, assembly steel structure buildings have a great significance in promoting the development of economic of our country.
