Second, anti-corrosion measures for large-scale space frame projects
1, surface treatment: the surface treatment of steel structure is very important, the same paint, the same corrosion environment, the use of different construction process life can be extended by three times to five times. The dirt and rust layer on the surface of the steel should be removed first, especially the black oxide formed when rolling the steel, which is the cathode of electrochemical corrosion and the root cause of corrosion. The surface treatment quality shall reach Sa2.5 level of the steel surface pretreatment specification before coating.
2, material selection: surface coating of special steel structure anti-corrosion paint, is still the main means of steel structure anti-corrosion and space frame anti-corrosion. Steel structure anticorrosive coating according to the protection function can be divided into primer, middle paint and top paint, each layer of paint has its own characteristics, combined to form a composite coating, improve anti-corrosion performance, extend the service life of steel structure and space frame.
3, coating thickness: coating is an anti-corrosion intermediate material, after coating to form a coating.
