Preparation work before crane lifting:

1.The crane should be fully maintained, and should have the technical quality supervision bureau issued by the special equipment permit.

2. Hoisting wire rope, buckles must have a quality certificate.

3.The lifting lugs must have material qualification certificate, and the welding of lifting lugs should be reliable and pass the joint inspection.

4.Before the installation of space frame, the axes and embedded parts on the structure must be retested. After reaching the design requirements, the space frame installation can be carried out. If the buried parts are found to be not in accordance with the requirements, they must be corrected and processed. If the flatness and elevation of the embedded parts do not meet the requirements, they must be filled with steel plate.

Lifting process of steel structure of space frame:

1. the space frame in the process of lifting, need to consider in the lifting process do not have over-limit stress bars appear, resulting in space frame structure deformation and damage;

2. The place of the lifting point on the space frame should be determined by calculation. In the formal lifting before, should be carried out first test lifting, will space frame lifting 20 to 30cm, stop lifting, check the rope safety and space frame force point distribution is uniform, whether the rod deformation, check all normal, before formal lifting.

3. when the space frame lifting to the top of the column than the elevation of 30cm or so, four cranes synchronized, slowly air displacement, while the four ropes were tightened in four directions, to prevent components and crane arm collision with each other, will be moved to the top of the column space frame, slowly fall on the support, the support and the top of the column steel welding, and then loosen the hook;

4.the key to the space frame lifting is the same lifting speed of each crane, otherwise it is easy to cause the space frame by twisting, weld cracking. Before lifting, we should carry out technical briefing to all crane workers, unify the lifting command, require four cranes crane workers must strictly abide by the order of the lifting command, strictly control the lifting speed, the lifting command in the process of lifting to carefully observe every detail, and timely issue the corresponding orders to ensure the success of the lifting.

5.After the completion of lifting, the abrasion of the coating in the process of lifting should be checked in detail and repainted, and all the connecting bolts should be checked one by one in case of omission of screwing or loosening.
