Large-span Indoor Ski Resort Space Frame Construction

1. For super-span indoor ski resorts, steel structure space frames are used for design and construction, which can give full play to the advantages of steel structures such as large span, large space utilization, and fast construction speed.

2. The length of the indoor ski resort is more than 300 m, the building height is about 100 m, the building area is 82,000 square meters, and it can accommodate 2,000 skiers at the same time.

3. The construction of the roof space frame structure is divided into five blocks. Except for the first block, which is directly hoisted on the roof structure, the remaining four blocks are assembled on the ground, then lifted in sections, and finally installed.

4. Above the space frame of ski resorts under construction is a metal roof. In the stage of deepening design, the builders made optimization according to the actual situation and clearly adopted the form of a double-layer structure standing seam metal roof. This form not only meets the wind resistance requirements of the roof in the design but also meets the overall thermal insulation requirements of the roof.
